A Creamy North Indian Classic
Rich, flavorful, and comforting—Butter Chicken is one of India’s most loved dishes, perfect with naan or basmati rice.
Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken, cubed
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1/2 cup cream
- Salt to taste
- Garam masala to taste

Instructions:
Marinate chicken in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and chili powder. Let sit for 1–2 hours.
Sauté onion in butter until golden. Add tomato puree, salt, and spices. Cook till oil separates.
Add chicken, cook till done. Stir in cream and simmer.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
